On 17 February 2017, Souhad was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. One of ourLawyers, Ms. Li Min had the honour of moving Ms. Elkheir’s admission. The ceremony commenced at 11:45AM, andfollowing the ceremony, Souhad signed the Supreme Court Roll which took place at the ground floor foyer of the LawCourts Building.
Ms. Elkheir joined our team in 2016 and has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience into our legal practice. Sheis interested in social justice and human rights issues, and enjoys assisting clients with all of their legal problems.Souhad has a Bachelor of Business and Commerce / Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University, and aGraduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law. She also completed the following courses at The LawSociety of New South Wales: Conveyancing Procedures for Support Staff, and Family Law Procedures for Support Staff.Since joining our team, Souhad has been heavily involved in all types of Conveyancing, Family Law, Wills and Estates,and litigation matters. She is an excellent communicator in both English and Arabic languages and enjoys achievingresults for clients.
